• Payment information when you pay an advance, freight amount or booking fee online. Card, UPI and net-banking details are collected and processed directly by our payment partner, Razorpay, and are never stored on our own servers.
• Photos or videos you voluntarily submit through our Media Gallery upload form, along with your name and caption if provided.
• Technical data such as browser type, device type and pages visited, collected automatically for security and to improve the website.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries, prepare freight quotations and confirm bookings.
• To coordinate pickup, transit and delivery of your shipment, including sharing necessary details with our drivers and branch offices.
• To process payments securely through Razorpay and send you booking or payment confirmations.
• To comply with transport, tax (GST/e-Way Bill) and other legal record-keeping requirements.
• To improve our services, website and customer support.

3. Payment Data & Razorpay

All online payments on this website are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a RBI-authorised payment aggregator. When you make a payment, you are directed to Razorpay's secure payment page. ATC does not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials — these are handled entirely by Razorpay under its own security standards and privacy policy.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with: our own staff and branch offices for the purpose of fulfilling your shipment; Razorpay, for payment processing; and government authorities, where required by law (for example, GST or transport department requirements).

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to ask us to delete information that we are not legally required to retain (such as shipment/tax records).
