These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any booking of transport, freight or warehousing services from ATC Allindia Transport Company ("ATC", "we", "us", "our"), Udyam Registration No. MH-04-0236585. By using this website, calling, messaging us, or booking a shipment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

ATC provides full truck load (FTL), part load (PTL) transport, warehousing and e-Way Bill support across India, operating out of our Aurangabad head office and Sangamner branch office. Service details, routes and rates given on this website are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after ATC verbally or in writing confirms the vehicle, route, rate and pickup date.
• Rates depend on origin, destination, cargo type, weight and market conditions at the time of booking, and are finalised before delivery as stated on our Contact page.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop addresses, cargo description, weight and any documentation required (invoice, e-Way Bill, etc.).

3. Payments

Advance payments, booking amounts or freight charges may be collected online through our payment partner, Razorpay, or offline as agreed. Charges are payable as per the terms communicated at the time of booking. GST and other applicable taxes apply as per law.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure the cargo is legal, properly packed and accurately declared (type, weight, value).
• Provide accurate contact and address details for smooth pickup and delivery.
• Be available (or ensure a representative is available) at pickup and delivery locations at the agreed time.

5. Liability

ATC takes reasonable care in the handling and transport of all cargo. However, ATC's liability is limited to the value declared by the customer at the time of booking and is subject to any applicable transport insurance. ATC is not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to accidents, natural calamities, strikes, road closures or government restrictions.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation of a booking and any applicable refund of advance payment is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Website Use

This website and its content (text, images, branding) are the property of ATC Allindia Transport Company. You may not copy, reproduce or misuse content from this site without our written permission. We aim to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, but do not guarantee it is error-free at all times.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
